Vitrifrigo C75L 12/24V 75 Litre Fridge, 2 Year Warranty. Built in upright compressor driven fridge/freezer suitable for RV and marine use, complete with an air front operated lock so the door stays tightly sealed.

The new Airlock closure system has been designed to allow an easier access for the end user and integrate different features in order to offer an innovative product, extremely user-friendly.

4 Innovative Solutions:

Positive door closure, to prevent unwanted openings;
Unique Double purpose mounting flange (optional), for both partial built-in (door outside) or total built-in (door inside);
Fast reversible opening: thanks to its smart design, it's now extremely quick and easy to operate
Integrated "vent position" system, to keep the fridge door ajar, preventing the formation of unpleasant odours and mould when not in use.

The new refrigerator/freezer series is available in two brand new colours,very popular and elegant at the same time.
Two available versions: Light bright tones of pearl grey, and Dark, with an emphasis on the contrasting colours. Two graphic interpretations that aim to enhance the design,shapes and textures of the materials used, to meet the different needs in terms of image and surroundings of the refrigerator.

I'm down to a choice of 2 fridges - this being one of them.*How cold does the freezer go down too - is it a 'true' freezer?*Is the freezer removable?*Is the thermostat digital or mechanical?*Power usage is listed as 2.8A - i guess this is running 100%

These fridges come with a freezer compartment that is not removable. It should get down to about -16c.

These fridges have a mechnical thermostat.

The power consumption would be an average.

Airlock refers to the locking mechanism. This has been designed to make the fridge easier to open.

You cannot gain more space in the fridge when mounting it proud. This is just for how the fridge sits in the cabinetry. The door does not move.

Generally fitting a fridge in a 4WD should be okay. You need to make sure the fridge is mounted securely.
This question is about the external compressor unit.Can the unit be mounted in one place (say, to the left) and then change it to the right? I am worried about breaking the compressor line (made of copper, it seems). We need to use it provisionally unt

You could do this if required.

These fridges are designed to allow the compressor to be mounted in a suitable location for your needs.

Any time the compressor is moved to a different location you need to take great care with the copper piping to prevent damage.
