Lithium vs AGM Vs Gel Deep Cycle:
One of our most asked questions is what is the different between lithium, AGM and gel deep cycle batteries? And which should I buy? Each battery type has it’s pro’s and cons:
Lihtium: the most efficient batteries on the market, are lightweight and quick to charge. But they’ll cost you more than other batteries.
AGM: affordable and can be used for cranking. However, they are heavier and less efficient than lithium.
Gel: affordable and spill-proof. However, they cannot handle higher charge and discharge rates like AGM batteries, and they are heavier and less efficient than lithium.
