How To Choose The Right Caravan Power Management System:

With almost 50 different battery bundles in our range we know it can be quite daunting to select the right model. But we make it easy – firstly consider the appliances you want to run, then how much they draw and then how long you want to travel off-grid for.

For example, if you only want to run a few lights, a small portable fridge and charge a phone for a short amount of time, then a bundle with a 125Ah battery and a DC to DC charger will suffice. However, if you want to run bigger drawing appliances like charging a laptop or running a coffee machine then you will need to look at a bundle with 200Ah battery (as a minimum), a DC to DC charger, AC charger and an Inverter.

This may seem daunting but don’t worry we are here to help! You can give one of our friendly product experts a call on 1300 400 122 to discuss the perfect caravan power management system for you!

What About A Power System?

We highly recommend considering a power system for your vehicle – while a battery bundle comes with all the individual components, a power system is a pre-wired board that already has a range of products mounted to it, including chargers, fuses, breakers and even an inverter at times. This takes all the guess work out of what products go together and which DC Distribution panels and fuses/breakers you require.
