Is this solar pump charger suitable for lithium batteries?

Hi There,

The Enerdrive ePOWER PWM 30A Solar Charge Controller is not suitable for lithium bateries.

It is designed to charge: Sealed, Flooded & Gel batteries
I just bought an Enerdrive EPOWER EN43030-30A PWM. I've read the instructions but can't work it out as it's not really putting charge in to my batteries. Is there a tutorial or anything I could watch. Haven't found anything on YouTube or google. Any hel
