Can I connect two of these generators together for more power?

Yes you can do so using an approved parallel cable kit and using an identical generator in brand and power capacity
How loud is the generator?

It's built with protective acoustic casing to dampen sound and produces a noise level of 64 dBA measured at a 7-meter distance.
Does the generator feature any automatic shutdown safeguards?

The generator has a Low Oil Sensor integrated that triggers when oil levels drop below a safe operational threshold. This makes it shutdown to avoid core internal damage and also makes it impossible to restart until the oil replenished. It also has an overload protection feature, cutting the generator if the loads exceeds its capabilities.
Is this generator suitable for rapidly changing electrical loads?

No. To conserve fuel and reduce noise, they automatically drop their engine speed, making them unable to respond quickly to sudden, massive surges in power demand.
What is the ECO Mode / Low Idle Switch?

It is a system that regulates the engine speed to match the active load. It reduces fuel consumption, extends runtime, and drops noise levels.
Does it come pre-filled with engine oil?

No, all units are shipped dry for safety purposes. Attempting to start it without oil will trigger its Low oil Sensor and stop the engine from cranking. You will need to manually add exactly 0.7L of 4-stroke automotive engine oil before initial startup.
Can I keep ECO Mode turned on all the time to save fuel?

No, this should only be engaged when your overall power load requirement is below 75% of the rated wattage. To draw continuous power, you will need to switch Eco-Mode off to allow the engine to run at full speed and avoid stalling or surging.
Can I use the electric push-button start right out of the box?

No. For safety purposes, the battery's negative terminal is disconnected for delivery. You will need to open the battery access cover, pull the battery out, connect the black cable to the negative terminal, and secure it back into place before the electric or remote start options will work. Read manual to ensure correct oil and fuel is used before starting generator.
What should I do if I plan to store the generator for an extended period?

Drain the fuel, disconnect the negative battery cable, and wrap the terminal with electrical tape to prevent the starter battery from draining during storage. Alternatively, use an external trickle charger to maintain the battery. Starting and loading the generator every few months is also required to keep all the components lubricated and lasting longer.
