Product Q&A
-
Can I connect it directly to a caravan or RV bayonet?
Yes, as long as you use an approved RV bayonet hose with a 1/4" RH Female thread. Please note, this is not sold with the unit.
-
Does the gas supply automatically shut off if the flame blows out?
The gas flow will be stopped by the Flame Failure Device (FFD) but you still need to turn that gas cylinder valve off manually.
-
Can this be used inside a tent, annexe, or under an awning?
No. This is an outdoor only appliance and should not be used in enclosed spaces due to carbon monoxide risks. To prevent fire hazards, keep it at least 120 cm clear above and 60 cm clear from the back and sides away from flammable materials
-
What kind of oil should I use on a GreenGrill ceramic surface?
Avoid using olive oil as it can burn very easily due to its low smoking point. Use oils such as rapeseed or sunflower oil, as they have higher smoking points.
-
What pan sizes are compatible with this grill?
Standard pots/pans must be between 180 mm and 250 mm and cannot overlap the stove edges.
