Featuring a canvas upper and black vinyl base, custom made to suit almost any size van and awning. This is the most flexible model making it perfect for longer trips away.

Can I set this up alone or is it a two-person job?
Yes you can do it either way though it's highly advised that you have an extra set of hands, especially when tensioning the Anti-Flap Kit and sliding the front wall into the awning track.

Can I leave this up in storm?
It can withstand light winds of up to 80km/hr but should be packed down in severe storms or gail force winds to prevent damage to the caravan's awning arms.

Is the floor included?
No, it needs to be purchased separately. This comes with the draught skirt, ladder straps, and screw in pegs.

Why is there a lead time?
There is a lead time because they are made to order and since every caravan and awning projection is different, it takes time to tailor the annexe to specific vans. Refer to the product listing for built time ETA's

What if I provide the wrong measurements on the sheet?
It is crucial that you get the measurements correct before purchase as "Built to order" products are non-returnable. We suggest measuring a few times and possibly having a second person help measure.

Can I use this on a Pop-top caravan?
Yes, they can be special ordered for a variety of caravans and rv's that have an awning.

How do I attach the walls to my awning?
The side walls attach via an Anti-Flap Kit (sold separately), while the longer front walls slide directly into the rope track on the roll-out awning's barrel. Once in place, the walls zip together at the corners.
