How often do I need to charge the battery?

The battery should be charged fully after every use. If the Robot Trolley goes unused for more than two months, it is highly recommended to inspect and charge the battery fully in order to maintain maximum battery life and performance.
Does the Kronings automatically turn off when not in use?

The Robot Trolley shuts off automatically after 3 minutes if the remote control is not activated within that period.
Can I leave the Robot Trolley connected at all times?

Never leave the Robot Trolley mounted to the caravan while towing the caravan behind a car. It is important that you always detach the Robot Trolley after use and place it in the storage box/bag.
Can I use the Kronings with my standard tow ball

No, the Kronings Robot Trolley tow ball attachment is not currently available in Australia. The current bracket is attached to the draw bar of your caravan or boats chassis This means it can be used to move anything on wheels within its weight capacity!
