Does the foot arrive pre-attached?

No, the foot comes unattached and packed separately in the box. Before you first use it, remove the pin from the base of the jack, insert the foot at a 90-degree angle from the handle, slide the pin back in, and fasten the locking clip.
Which way should the foot face once installed?

When on the ground, the foot needs to run parallel to the vehicle.
Which direction do I wind the handle to raise or lower the trailer?

Turn it clockwise to raise the vehicle and counter-clockwise to lower it.
How frequently will I need to lubricate the jack?

All moving components should be greased with a small amount of automotive grease every five months. If you are using it frequently, we suggest doing this more often.
What are the low and high mounting application options?
- Low Application: When mounted at the lowest chassis point, it provides a minimum pickup height of 259 mm and a maximum extension of 434 mm (offering a total high-point range up to 663 mm).
