LFP batteries offers many advantages in comparison to a sealed lead acid (SLA) battery such as a longer cycle life, lightweight, higher charging efficiency and shorter charging time. 

Whilst the initial cost of buying a LFP battery is much higher than SLA battery, the achievable tangible and intangible benefits can outweigh the initial investment cost.
