Mosa Warranty Statement: 

The parts replaced after the original warranty period, i.e. during a repair under payment, will be guaranteed for 6 months from the date of repair.

The machines manufactured by MOSA — Divisione della BCS S.p.A. are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material with the following limitations:

• 24 months or 2,000 hours of operation from the date of delivery to the first end user, whichever occurs first;
• parts and accessories not manufactured by MOSA:

- diesel/gasoline engine and their parts : warranty will be covered by the manufacturer of those parts and accessories on the terms and conditions normally allowed;

- synchronous alternator and their parts : warranty will be covered by the manufacturer of those parts and accessories on the terms and conditions normally allowed.

Within the above stated period, MOSA will replace or, at its option, repair any part that, upon examination by MOSA or by an Authorized Dealer, is determined to have failed due to defects in workmanship or material. MOSA responsibility is limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) and MOSA does not assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever for consequential damages including but not limited to expenses, damage and direct or indirect losses due to the machine being out of service. Any machine or part thereof repaired or replaced under this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. The buyer is responsible for transportation, packing, duties and taxes incurred for machines and spare parts related to this warranty. The warranty shall be voided if the identification numbers on the data-plate have been altered, in case of accident, if the machine has been repaired, disassembled or altered by shops not authorized by MOSA or for failures resulting from abuse or neglect in operating the machine. This warranty does not apply to deterioration due to normal wear, corrosion or poor maintenance and to consumable parts as well as gaskets, wires, belts, knobs, filters, etc. for which a necessary maintenance is required.
