Hi, would this be capable of powering a 2 door fridge (190W - 2A - 10amp) for approx. 12 hours?
Hi There
It would largely depend on the average power draw per hour of the fridge
For example, with 19 useable amp hours, at an average power draw of 5 amps, you would be able to run the fridge for approx 4 hours.

Can I use this like a UPS and have items drawing power at the same time as it is charging? I'm thinking of using a timer so it charges for a couple of hours while my solar panels are generating then let it run my wifi and nbn for the rest of the day.
