DELTA Max connects with up to 2x 400W EcoFlow solar panels to deliver 800W Max solar charging speeds. Even during cold or cloudy days, our smart maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm automatically detects voltage and current in real time to give you optimum solar generation throughout the day.

Is it possible to use third party solar panels with the Eco Flow, and has this been tested by the manufacturer or your business?
Hi there
If you are using a third-party solar panel, please make sure the specifications of the solar panel meets the requirements of the device; 400W max for DELTA series 200W max for RIVER series If you are using a solar panel with other connector types, please consult the user guide https://bit.ly/333FB5j As there is an MPPT built in already to control the solar charge, if the third-party solar panel has a separate controller, it might affect the charge.

What are the type/s of batteries used in the Eco-Flow, and can they be easily replaced ?
Hi there,
The EcoFlow's use Lithium-ion batteries in their power packs. Unfortunately, the EcoFlow power stations do not support a separate battery replacement If the unit has any quality issues during the warranty period, EcoFlow will provide the best resolution moving forward.

Is it possible to daisy chain multiple Eco-Flow Delta models to increase available power, and same with multiple solar panels ?
Hi there.
You can connect no more than 2 fully charged Delta's in series using the AC charging cable to get continuous power and supply appliances with high output requirements for up to 1.8 hours. For further information please consult he product manual.

Can I use the DELTA Max Extra Battery with both DELTA Max 1600 and DELTA Max 2000?
Yes, DELTA Max Extra Battery is compatible with both DELTA Max models, 1600 and 2000. Each supports up to two Extra Batteries.

When does the fan work and when does it stop? (at what temperature)
The fan will turn on when the internal temperature is greater than 45�C.

Can I connect EcoFlow power stations to my house electric panel directly?
Yes, but please note:
The transfer switch should be connected to the power station's AC output port;
You should disconnect the circuits from the grid before they are supported by the power station;
The total power consumption of the circuits should not exceed the output power rating;
The output will not be grounded if the power station is not connected to the grid.

Can EcoFlow power stations be charged by solar panels and the 12V car cigarette lighter at the same time?
No, this is because the car charging and solar charging cables share the same input (XT60 outlet).

Can I connect more than one power station together in series?
Yes, we recommend connecting 2 same units in series at most. Furthermore, please also note:
- The slave unit must be fully charged before being connected.
- Must not charge the main unit when the slave is connected.

How to Calibrate SoC?
Discharge the unit to 0%, then charge to 100% until there is no input.

I am unable to Fully Charge to 100%
Perform three times SoC calibration by doing three complete charges and discharges.

What is the Car Charger Outlet Type?
The XT60 car charger is a standard outlet. Use the included 1.5m car charging cable to charge.
