Terms & Conditions
*We are offering My Generator customers who purchase a Cromtech Outback 2400w Generator (CTG2500i) from us between 1st December 2018 through to 28th of February 2019 the option to return the product for a full refund. Terms & Conditions are as follows:
- To receive a refund for the product, the box must be UNOPENED. If the box has been opened, the money back offer is void.
- My Generator must be notified by the customer of the intention to return the item and the product must be received back to the nominated warehouse address (Locations: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth) by 8th March 2019. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer and at the customer's expense.
- Once the product has been inspected at our warehouse and the inspection confirms the box has not been opened, My Generator will then provide the customer a full refund.
