A great improvement from the old model Review by Barry Davenport

Mine is on a boat so I miss out on the guarantee. This model has a much improved cowl material and also heats up quicker than the old model. All in all a much better model than the previous models.

Does the Truma Hot water system in a caravan work without electricity?

You would require a 12V DC connection to operate this hot water system.
Can I install the UltraRapid hot water system on my own?

No, this is a gas powered product that will need to be installed and certified by a qualified and licensed gas-fitter. If not properly and legally installed by a qualified and licensed gas-fitter - the warranty would be voided.
