What is the centre to centre measurement between the burners?What is the BTU rating of the burners?

Unfortuntely, they are not specifications that are supplied by Dometic.

Does this stove have Flame Failure Detection?

The Dometic MO9722 2 Burner Combination Stove does come with an automatic flame monitoring device which automatically interrupts the gas supply after approx. 20 seconds if the flame goes out.
