Who Is Enerdrive?

Enerdrive started life as a company called Advance Trident Limited, which mostly served the marine industry. However, in 2008, the company changed leadership, name and direction.

Now, it is not only a leading supplier of independent power products, but also designs and manufactures its own line of independent power products, including eLITE & ePRO battery monitors, dual battery kits, inverter chargers and ePOWER battery chargers.

Introducing Enerdrive Canopy Systems:

In a market first, Enerdrive has created six compact power solutions to operate all of the electrical equipment that is located in 4WD canopies, Caravans & Trailer Campers, from a simple fridge or lights setup to a full-on power station.

There were three models in the original range: The Explorer, The Traveller and The Adventurer. In mid 2021 two other models were introduced: The Lackey and The Wanderer, and more recently they have released the new Voyager. 

All five can be paired with any brand or model of battery, such as AGM, gel or lithium. Plus, all systems are pre-wired by Enerdrive where possible, so you only need to sort out the cabling for load outputs, battery connection, and vehicle/solar/tank inputs.

No matter which system you choose, it comes built into a compact box which is designed to mount on either the front or rear bulkheads of the canopy.

The Explorer:

If you just need a minimum power option, The Explorer is for you. In one neat package, the kit contains an Enerdrive ePOWER DC2DC40, vehicle/solar charger, and battery monitor (you can choose between ePRO Plus battery monitor, Simarine battery monitor or Simarine Battery Monitor & Quad Shunt Module). There's even a battery reset button just in case you need to kick start your flat battery from the DC2DC charger.

To make life easy, it comes with 4 pre-wired circuit breakers for main power equipment and 4 Contura switches for lights and auxiliary loads. You also get pre-wired battery and fridge Anderson plugs.

Finally, you can get twin USB 2.4A Hi Amp sockets to charge your mobile devices. Or you can opt for or a 12v output socket.

Okay one more thing we have to mention, Enerdrive have also released this system with the option to add on a 125Ah all the way to 300Ah lithium battery for the ultimate setup. Limited for space? Enerdrive offer a range of Slimline Lithium Batteries for a space saving alternative.

The Traveller:

Next up, The Traveller is a top option when you want more power plus AC charging ability. This system comes with everything in The Explorer kit, plus some added extras, the most important being an ePOWER 12V 40A Battery Charger.

As standard, this pack comes with a Simarine Battery Monitor, but you can choose to swap it out for an ePRO Plus battery monitor or Simarine Battery Monitor and Quad Shunt Module if you prefer.

Like the Explorer, you also get the option to choose from a wide range of Enerdrive Lithium Batteries from 125Ah up to 300Ah with slim options available.

The Adventurer:

For the ultimate 4WD canopy setup, buy The Adventurer. This includes all of the components in The Traveller plus an ePOWER 2000W 12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter with RCD & AC Transfer Switch.

Enerdrive also throws in 4 additional circuits breakers for air/water pumps, the main system and inverter Hi-Amp circuit breakers.

The Lackey

The Lackey is the perfect solution for tradies! This is because it features a 40A DC to DC Charger and a 2000W AC Transfer Inverter. This meaning it can run power tools and other high drawing appliances and electronics.

The Wanderer

The Wanderer is the biggest power system in the range, it features:

The Voyager

The Voyager power system stands out as an exceptional mobile power solution. It's engineered for convenient accessibility and efficient use of space. With its octagonal design, you can snugly position the Voyager near the canopy door while still having easy access to the fuse panel when needed. The angled display panel ensures effortless reading and access to your instruments, no matter its orientation or mounting location. 

One of the biggest stand out features is the 3000W inverter charger that can run high current appliances on 240V. Plus, monitoring and controlling it is a breeze, whether you use the Simarine battery monitor or your mobile devices.
