Panel recess so you can install over the top of existing wire fittings maximizing the options of where to install on the A-Frame.
Safety chain insert hole so you can hang safety chains on the Black Jack Clamp.
Upper support and a lower support brackets designed to eliminate any lateral movement that may be caused by uneven surfaces.

I had a wind up jockey wheel which was hard to use on a heavy caravanThis makes life simple but to the uninitiated bewareCaravan must not move when removing from vehicle otherwise your new Black Jack will be fucked

Do I need power to run my Black Jack?

Yes, you require 12V power to run your Black Jack. This can be achieved via an Andersen plug to your caravan battery or your vehicle battery through the tow connection point.
What is the lifting capacity of a Black Jack?

The Black Jack has a 1600kg lifting capacity, more than enough for all caravans in todays market
Do I require the Harness Kit?

You will only need the harness kit if you don't already have 12V power at your connection point, ie Andersen plug on tow vehicle and/or caravan battery.
How long is the cable that comes attached to the Black Jack?

How high will the Black Jack go up?

The Black Jack has a stroke of 560mm, if you require more you can utilise the RedFoot Big Block to increase your stroke length.
Do I have to take off the Black Jack when travelling?

No, provided you have securely attached the Jack using the supplied clamp and the leg and foot plate is fully retracted.
