Aussie Traveller Black Medium Anti Flap Kit (AFK), 2200-2300mm,

The original and the best Aussie Traveller awning Anti-Flap Kit (AFK) prevents wind flap and offers you a waterproof method to attach walls to your awning. The AFK has been designed to suit most brands of roll-out awnings. Includes a track to easily install a Fly awning to cover your outdoor kitchen. Easy to install, perfectly designed.

The AFK will help reduce instability in your awning and ensure a stronger awning. You are able to easily connect your privacy walls, sunscreen and fly nett through the inbuilt tracks on the AFK. The anti-flap kits are designed to reduce damage to your awning, by preventing wind flapping. Additionally, it will help reduce water pooling on top of the awning, including creating a water and windproof seal between the awning fabric and wall.

The Anti-Flap Kits includes fitting brackets and instructions.

Available in White and Black, and to suit most awning size projections, the Aussie Traveller AFK range is perfect for protecting your awning whilst having the added feature of the smart design sail track to attach Aussie Traveller Standard, Custom, Euro Walls, or any walls for that matter. 

The Anti-Flap Kit (AFK) breaks down to 4 individual sections (2 pieces per end) which when joined together, form a full-length clamp. This full-length clamp holds to the awning fabrics' outside edge and helps prevent wind flap. It also includes a sail track to accept walls and includes fitting brackets.

• Small: 2100 - 2200mm

  • For awnings with projections greater than 2400mm, extension brackets are available.

Measure the awning extension from the wall of the van to the roller tube. This will determine the correct length anti flap kit required.
Please reference diagram drawing image above, this show you where to measure and match to above sizing. Reminder to ensure awning is fully rolled out and open as normal.

Aussie Traveller Black Mini Curved Roof Rafter (CRR).

Made to the exclusive design curve and shape, the Curved Roof Rafter (CRR) was developed to help overcome wind flap in the fabric of the awning and to prevent water from pooling. The CRR is particularly effective when used in conjunction with our Anti-Flap Kit (AFK). Fitting bracklets included.

The Curved Roof Rafters are available in a Maxi curve and a Mini curve and are widely considered as the best quality roof rafter available. Suitable for most caravan and RV rollout awnings including Dometic, Carefree & our own Sunburst & Coolabah awnings, the CRR is used to keep the vinyl of your awning from sagging, allow water to run off (preventing pooling), as well as keeping the fabric tight and reducing wind flap.

Mini curve rafter (95-98mm) is suitable for awnings of all lengths on pop-top caravans as well as for shorter awnings on motorhomes and full height caravans.
